Carly‘s areas of interest include reproductive mental health, including fertility, surrogacy, miscarriage, perimenopause, menopause, adoption, and trans, racial adoption, caregivers and supporters of Neurodiverse children, including ADHD and ASD, women in business and work, life, balance, anti-racism and equity advocacy, navigating relationship challenges, and family functioning, anxiety, stress, and burn out, depression, low mood, and motivation, caregiver support and self compassion.
