healing your life is not a processes that happen outside the body but inside the body
so be kind to your body thank it every day for giving you this day
give it rest , walk it talk to your body kindly your body is your friend listen to its
needs and nurture it unconditionally
give it the love it needs to serve you and you will great rewarded
