Taking the time to listen and respond in ways that heal and nourish body, mind and soul. Using a mix of techniques I’ve learned over my career, I choose the style that best suits the needs of the person on my table. Using tools such as heated bamboo, cold stones, warm towels, guasha stones and a variety of creams and oils, i offer an experience for your muscles and your brain.
