Heading into a new year always makes one reflect on both the past and future endeavours.

I wish each and every one of you Bravery to do the hard things, Health and Wellness, Strength and Vitality to thrive in 2026!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you all!

I am taking a short break to spend with my loved ones and will be returning to the Studio Dec. 30!

Our beloved Zooey has lost her battle with Inflammatory Bowel Disease last night at 6:10 pm at home surrounded by family.

Thank you to Kari Vet - mobile emergency services and in-home euthanasia. Your professionalism helped us through this very difficult time.

Clients know Zooey as the very hardworking and friendly bathroom attendant at Cowichan Reflexology.

Please forgive my energy for a little while, 15 years still didn't feel like enough time.

Celebrating 1 year since opening the Cowichan Bay studio location! Thank you to all my clients, my support system, and local businesses that help drive me everyday! It takes a village, and I feel very much a part of it!

From the custom built studio from to the custom built furniture inside , the beginnings of a dream to help my community and the people within it. I strive to continue to learn everything I can to build my knowledge and practice and show up for you everyday!
