There’s a few new faces around here so I wanted to re-introduce Smart Sip!
Smart Sip is a coconut oil based powdered creamer that contains chicory root fiber. It’s sugar-free, gluten-free and lactose-free but not free of creamy deliciousness. Every tablespoon serving is only 25 calories and contains 3g of prebiotic fiber.
I ran my own nutrition coaching business for almost a decade and the two main things I saw people struggle with were having to give up things they loved and tasted good in order to reach their health goals, and getting enough fiber in their diet. I could always teach them how to get enough protein but they always struggled with fiber.
That’s where taking a product that people use every single day, making it shelf-stable so they can take it with them wherever they go and adding the benefits of it being low-calorie and fiber-rich came in.
And if you know me, I refuse to eat or drink things that don’t actually taste good, just because it has health benefits. I have grown trust with my community over the years recommending delicious, macro-friendly foods, and that is how they knew that I wouldn’t disappoint when I launched this one 🙌🏼
Since launching in April of 2025 Smart Sip has gained some incredible traction already and 2026 is already set to be even bigger! Thanks so much for being on this crazy ride with me ❤️
