Because of your support, we are excited to begin developing our Moments of Connection Older Adult Day Program, along with creating 5 Reminiscing Kits designed to support cognitive, emotional, and social well-being for older adults in our community.

These kits — including themes like Harvest, School, Sewing, Gardening, and Baking — will help spark memories, encourage connection, and bring meaningful moments to the seniors we serve. 💛
