The Inner Roar is owned and operated by registered Yoga teacher and holistic health coach Chelsea Eisses. Classes range from medium paced vinyasa flow to gentle rebalancing sequences as well as yin-restorative classes. Our studio focus is to guide people out of their heads and into their bodies where they may be able to start uniting much more deeply with the inner self and the heart. Sometimes the best way to access this connection is through sweat, sometimes simple silence.

Yoga Stories are some of my favourite classes to teach.

By special request I’ll be leading a hatha flow class tomorrow morning (9:30-10:30) around the creation of Virabhadra, aka the warrior. This story from Hindu mythology is the basis for the yogic Warrior Poses (Virabhadrasana) and is centered on intense love, grief, and the divine.

A goodie to get the weekend going!

Take up Space

An invitation to get out of your head and into your body (and your heart).
This class is sequenced to move your breath and your blood so you can feel alive from the inside out, and remember your inherent worth.
Physically, we will move through a practice that will open the chest and hips, tune our stabilizers and give us the opportunity to play and shine with a standing balance pose.
Each of us is worthy to live a fully uninhibited life, and take up space!
