The Inner Roar is owned and operated by registered Yoga teacher and holistic health coach Chelsea Eisses. Classes range from medium paced vinyasa flow to gentle rebalancing sequences as well as yin-restorative classes. Our studio focus is to guide people out of their heads and into their bodies where they may be able to start uniting much more deeply with the inner self and the heart. Sometimes the best way to access this connection is through sweat, sometimes simple silence.

A cozy morning to explore how ancient practice can serve your modern life.

Saturday Nov 15th
10am-12pm
$30

The class will begin with gentle movement to center us. We will then sip tea as we discuss the roots and wisdom of mindfulness, with printed take-home literature. We will take time to meditate as a group with gentle guidance, and after our meditation, we’ll have time to share insights and ask questions. A short body scan and restorative yoga practice will close our time together.

Mindfulness practices help lower our stress response, improve our emotional regulation, deepen our focus and overall presence, and can generally enhance feelings of satisfaction in our lives (to name a few benefits).

Insight & Inquiry - A on-demand Meditation Series.

This short series is made up of 5 classes, 4 of them with an opening talk covering some of the basic ideas of insight meditation, and each of these classes takes just a couple of short minutes to sit and experience the practice - our breath, our mind, our body. The series also includes a 10-minute practice called ‘Time to Sit’ that can be used at any time, particularly while exploring the material of the series.

The intention of the series is to share some of the basic principles of a meditation practice, inviting us to slowly become familiar with the process of being with ourselves. Each time we come to sit and take the journey within, we endeavour to do so with compassion and curiosity.

Now is the perfect moment for us to hone our capacity for presence, to meet ourselves with openness and trust.

This package can be rented for a 14-day period and can also be accessed with a monthly or annual Inner Roar on-demand subscription. Find it under the ‘Course’ tab on the on-demand menu.

Overthinking and self-doubt are common signs that your brain is trying to protect you… but often ends up holding you back.
In this final session of the year, we’ll explore how to break free from the mental spiral and reconnect with calm, clarity, and confidence.

🧠 Understand why your brain loops and how to gently interrupt it

💬 Learn simple tools to shift unhelpful thought patterns

🌱 Connect with an uncluttered version of you
You’ll leave with a sense of possibility and a few go-to strategies you can rely on during the busy holiday season ahead.

💜 A perfect reset before the holidays — and a reminder you’re in charge of your thoughts, not the other way around.

✨ Part of the monthly workshops blending neuroscience, self-awareness, and simple strategies for everyday well-being.

🧺 What to Bring:
A yoga mat (or borrow one at the studio), water, and comfy clothes. We’ll end with a relaxing 15 minute mental rehearsal—feel free to bring a small blanket or pillow to get cozy.

Mindfulness is at the heart of what I practice and what I share through teaching. I feel really grateful to spend so much of my days transmuting the wisdom teachings through my classes in (hopefully) really applicable and digestable ways.

As time goes on, I hope to have the opportunity to hone in more and more on the sharing of simple practices of mindfulness.
