Mindfulness Mini Retreat
A cozy morning to explore how ancient practice can serve your modern life.
Saturday Nov 15th
10am-12pm
$30
The class will begin with gentle movement to center us. We will then sip tea as we discuss the roots and wisdom of mindfulness, with printed take-home literature. We will take time to meditate as a group with gentle guidance, and after our meditation, we’ll have time to share insights and ask questions. A short body scan and restorative yoga practice will close our time together.
Mindfulness practices help lower our stress response, improve our emotional regulation, deepen our focus and overall presence, and can generally enhance feelings of satisfaction in our lives (to name a few benefits).
I have been waiting years to start leading these sessions and hope very much to see you there!
