The Inner Roar Yoga and Wellness Public, Private and Semi Private Yoga Sessions & Personalized Holistic Health Coaching Programs.

The Inner Roar is owned and operated by registered Yoga teacher and holistic health coach Chelsea Eisses. Classes range from medium paced vinyasa flow to gentle rebalancing sequences as well as yin-restorative classes. Our studio focus is to guide people out of their heads and into their bodies where they may be able to start uniting much more deeply with the inner self and the heart. Sometimes the best way to access this connection is through sweat, sometimes simple silence.

This workshop is Facilitated by Lanna – RTT® Hypnotherapist, Conversational Tranceformation™ & Mental Fitness Coach.

You were born with confidence. You didn’t question your worth as a baby—so what changed?

Over time, we internalize messages that chip away at our self-belief. In this restorative and energizing session, you’ll explore how to reconnect with your natural confidence and rebuild it using tools backed by neuroscience and mindset work.
