Last weekend I accepted the Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year (1-15 employees) award, I am extremely honoured, but this recognition isn’t just for me — it belongs to my incredible team who pour their hearts into everything they do, and to our amazing clients who show up, support one another, and make our space what it is.

We’ve always said The Studio is more than just a place to work out — it’s a community. It’s where people come to move their bodies, yes, but also to care for their minds, find connection, and feel like they belong. The laughter, the sweat, the friendships, the vulnerability — that’s what makes this space so special.

Barre | MBody MUM + BABY
Our First Hybrid Series
A postnatal class for you and your babe.

This series will start Monday Oct. 27th at 930am, running Mondays + Thursdays.
*Oct 27|30 Nov 3|6|10|13|17|20
Classes will be 40 mins in length with Sydney + Tia.
Price for this 8 class series is $159 +gst.

Tag your mom pals and join us for a fun, healthy way to connect with your babe and your body 🤍

Baby must be 6 weeks or older, and we require you to have approval from your doctor to exercise. This is a low impact class that is beginner friendly.

Ideal age for babe is 6 weeks to 12 months, although moms with babes up to 16 months are welcome to join.

You will need a baby carrier that will be used throughout the class. Please ensure your carrier is comfortable for both yourself and babe, and baby is well supported and secure.

We also highly recommend head phones, to protect baby’s ears during class.

This will be a safe and judgement-free space where breastfeeding, diaper changing and anything baby is welcome at anytime 🤍

“I love the high focus and energy that each class brings, and of course the music is always exactly what I need.”

“•I have been downhill skiing since I was 5.
•I’m an industrial electrician.
•I’ll kick your butt in Mario Kart.”

You might not see Derek very often because he’s behind the scenes. From crunching numbers to fixing bikes and every little thing between that we don’t happen to see. We appreciate his mad book keeping skills and the ability to keep calm in the most stressful of times, aka keeping Niki grounded!

Krista has 20+ years of teaching experience, she is passionate about initiating movement from the core to unlock your body's full potential. Clear and mindful instruction for all levels will be enjoyed in her classic and unqiue approach to Pilates.

A class dedicated to that perfect time, not to early, just after school drop off or maybe before an afternoon shift.
