After much demand - we're back with another round!💜

Barre & Baby
A postnatal class for you and your babe.

This series will start Monday March 30 at 930am, running Mondays + Wednesdays (with the excuse of the holiday Monday & the 27th)

The dates are - March 30, April 1, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 29✨💛
Classes will be 40 mins in length wit your girl Mariah👑
Price for this 8 class series is $159 +gst.

Tag your mama crew and join us for a feel-good, healthy way to bond with your baby while reconnecting with your body 🤍

Baby must be 6 weeks or older, and we require you to have approval from your doctor to exercise. This is a low impact class that is beginner friendly.

Ideal age for babe is 6 weeks to 12 months, although moms with babes up to 16 months are welcome to join.

You will need a baby carrier for the duration of the class. Please ensure your carrier is comfortable for both you and your babe to remain in for the whole duration of the class to maintain a healthy & secure flow of your time spent with us🤍

We also highly recommend head phones, to protect baby’s ears during class.

This will be a safe and judgement-free space where breastfeeding, diaper changing and anything baby is welcome at anytime 🤍
