✨New Special Class Series: Prenatal Yoga✨

We’re so excited to introduce our Prenatal Yoga, designed to gently stretch and strengthen your body, support your changing needs, and help you feel more comfortable and connected as you prepare for labour 🤍

This is an all-levels yoga class, and while it’s perfect for those who are pregnant, you do not have to be prenatal to join, all women are welcome. Expect mindful movement, breath work, and space to slow down and feel good in your body.

This 4 class series will be on Tuesdays starting February 10th 6:30-7:15pm
*Feb 10/17/24 March 3
Classes will be 45 mins in length with Sue.
Price for this 4 class series is $79 +gst.

This spring, The Studio will be welcoming a new owner, and with that comes the closing of a chapter Derek and I have held very close to our hearts.

This transition is happening a little sooner than we originally planned. It wasn’t an easy decision, but ultimately, we’ve chosen to slow our pace and step into a different chapter of our lives.

We feel incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved here, this is not just a fitness studio, but a community. The connections, the relationships, and the bonds formed within these walls will always mean more to us than anything else.

We are endlessly grateful to every single person who has poured their heart into The Studio. You helped shape it into what it is today, and that is something we will forever be proud of.

Most importantly, we want you to know that the future of The Studio is in very good hands. This community will continue to be supported, cared for, and nurtured.

We would like to introduce Randi Payne, her sister Cydnee and Mom Karen as the new owners. Randi is already an established local entrepreneur and has 6 years of personal fitness training under her belt.

And for peace of mind, all class passes, memberships, and gift cards will remain valid. You won’t lose anything you’ve purchased, and there will be no disruption to your experience.

2026 Mum + Baby Barre

This series will start Monday January 5th at 930am, running Mondays + Wednesdays.

Classes will be 40 mins in length with Mariah. Price for this 8 class series is $159 +tax.

Tag your mom pals and join us for a fun, healthy way to connect with your babe and your body 🤍

Baby must be 6 weeks or older, and we require you to have approval from your doctor to exercise. This is a low impact class that is beginner friendly.

Ideal age for babe is 6 weeks to 12 months, although moms with babes up to 16 months are welcome to join.

You will need a baby carrier that will be used throughout the class. Please ensure your carrier is comfortable for both yourself and babe, and baby is well supported and secure.

We also highly recommend head phones, to protect baby’s ears during class.

This will be a safe and judgement-free space where breastfeeding, diaper changing and anything baby is welcome at anytime 🤍
