After some reflection, I’ve decided to shut down my Instagram account, and I wanted to share why.

Instagram started feeling more like a chore than a joy. Too many spammy messages flooded my inbox, and I found very little real connection there. The pressure to post multiple times a week just to stay visible? It was exhausting—and honestly, it pulled me away from what I love most.❤️
