Harvested and processed the Sea buckthorn plant from our orchard this week.

The process is pretty labor intensive but the reward is worth it. These tart berries are very high in vitamin C and come along with many other great benefits!

We diluted it with water and added a bit of pineapple juice and our honey for a tropical sweet twist.
