Join us in November and work on cultivating ‘tapas’. In Sanskrit, ‘tapas’ means ‘to burn’. It refers to self-discipline and igniting our inner fire🔥. Building tapas cultivates qualities like motivation, discipline, warmth and compassion, resilience, strength, and optimism. Stoking this fire, supports burning through whatever might feel dense - physically or psychologically.
We know that November can be a dreary month. This is why we have have added new classes in an effort to challenge you to come more regularly - even on the days when you don’t feel like it! 37 Classes this month. Record your progress at the studio. ALL UNLIMITED PASSES WILL BE ENTERED INTO A DRAW TO WIN A B-MAT!
