I’m an energy worker, and yes—I still book with other people to hold space for me.

Being in this field requires a high level of discernment, even being in this field for 15 years professionally. I still call upon those I entrust.
I choose my mentors and peers carefully, and I’m lucky to have a “corner” full of people who celebrate my growth as much as their own.

What to look for in a practitioner: Look for someone who is supported. Look for someone who cheers for others in their field. That’s the energy you want in your container.
•
So grateful for my long-distance soul family and the new connections I’m making right here in my community.

This work is so sacred to me, and to show up fully for those who entrust me, I’m taking some time to focus. I am currently pouring all my energy into my final pre-retreat sessions and won’t be taking on new bookings until my return.

As my birthday approaches this April, I am standing at a massive astrological threshold. I’m preparing for my Chiron in Ta**us era, and 2026/2027 is the time I’ve been building toward my entire life.

In astrology, Chiron is known as the Wounded Healer. It represents the part of us that feels “broken” or fundamentally “not enough.” But here is the secret: Chiron is shaped like a key.

There is a sacred kind of homecoming that happens the moment I’m with horses. It’s not just about a place; it’s about being fully present with myself.They accept me, and yes at times want things from me but they never drain my energy.

The scent of warm horse, sweat, and sun-aged leather is an odd beautiful bonus—the sensory anchor that tells my nervous system it’s time to exhale.
•
But the real magic is the presence of these majestic spirits. They don’t just carry us; they hold space for us to return to who we are.
•
This view between the ears is where my intuition was born. Long before I understood the world of words, these animals taught me how to listen with my heart. They were my first teachers in animal communication, showing me that the deepest connections don’t need a single spoken sound.
•
When I’m here, the noise of the world finally fades. I’m grounded, I’m heard, and I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

While chickadees brave the winter heat.

The sleigh glides soft on a silver track,

Through snow-carved tunnels, the nephew crawls,
