The Power of Being Seen
•
Trust is a two-way bridge.
•
When you choose to work with a practitioner, you aren’t just booking a session; you’re offering your trust. I want you to know how deeply honored I am by every person who chooses to step into this space with me. Being entrusted with your journey is a gift I never take for granted.
•
But behind the scenes, I am also a student of the work. Many times, I navigate my own path using the tools I’ve spent years honing. I’ll often lay down on my own table and allow my guides to do the work, or have my husband play the sound bowls for me, letting the frequency do the heavy lifting.
•
Yet, even the most seasoned practitioner needs a witness.
•
Sometimes, you just need a trusted friend and peer to hold the mirror for you. I recently had an incredibly empowering session with the wonderful Gillian . It wasn’t about finding something “missing,” but rather the beautiful gift of reassurance. To help solidify the steps I have been taking as I move into sharing more of my authentic self more publicly. Grateful that Gillian and I have worked and known each other for years.
•
As practitioners, we are constantly sensing, feeling, and receiving whispers from our guides. There is a unique kind of peace that comes when someone else mirrors that truth back to you. Gillian helped me see how so many threads were linked together—confirming and validating the very things I had been seeing, feeling, and being guided by in my own quiet moments. As well as a few hidden shadows.

Having her lead me through that clearing was a powerful reminder: while we have the tools to help ourselves, we don’t have to carry the map alone.
•
We are all walking each other home. Thank you for letting me walk with you.
