Magic of Stillness

Lately, my mornings have been a dance of listening to what I need—some days it’s a gentle stretch, other days a workout, but restorative is where I feel the deepest connection. It’s more than just “resting”; it’s about somatic release and supporting the body, mind, and soul in that quiet, deep space.

It is easily one of my favorite practices to inhabit, and truly my favorite class to lead—especially when I get to layer in the healing vibrations of a soundbath. I’ve found that starting my day with this intention of self-connection is exactly what allows me to hold space for others with a full heart.
