In the cacophony of holiday hustle and bustle, it is all too easy to miss the quiet voice that speaks within our souls. Spiritually, as we enter the dark time of winter solstice (now in the northern hemisphere), and the holy days and nights that follow, we are given the opportunity to find light within. In the still of the night, our dreams can speak to us from the sanctuary of the soul, if we can still ourselves enough to hear their gentle whisper.

We can facilitate such an inner journey with the right preparation and guidance, and that is why Patricia Kaminski developed the Deep Dream set of flower essences and photo affirmation cards. I (Richard) have used these tools myself to push aside the incessant demands of the external world, the bombardments of emails, voice mails, and my own mental chatter, and create the quietude necessary to hear another kind of voice.
