The Golden hour Retreat at White Grizzly lodge was a beautiful experience for all. Indeed golden... larches, alters, soups and hearts. We explored into the Purcell mountains and the gorgeous Monica meadows. We dipped our bodies in the blue waters of kootenay lake. The sweet Rose temple in Argenta held space for our tender hearts. Alison H Duff fed us devine nourishing meals to honor the season. We came together in movement, breath and intention. Look for this experience Oct 2026!🍂
