Our goal is to assist patients to recover from pain and injury, and return them to active lifestyles that they enjoy in the beautiful Creston Valley. To enhance overall physical health, fitness and quality of life of adults and children by treating them with high quality, comprehensive and individual rehabilitation services. Creston PhysioWorks & More is looking for an RMT 4-5 days a week to join our collaborative team. New grad’s welcome! We have a full client load for you to step right into.
We are fast paced multidisciplinary clinic that is dedicated to client compassion and care. Our clinic has Physiotherapists, RMT's, Acupuncturists and clinical counsellors.

Applicants must be in good standing with CMTBC, be committed to patient centered care and have an eagerness to learn and collaborate within a team.

We have the option to hire as an employee or as a associate, with competitive compensation on either option.

Our office location is in a community recreation facility, which has a fully equipped gym, indoor pool and hot tub, which patients use to supplement their recovery.

The facility has 6 sheet curling club, hockey rink, soccer, football and baseball fields, volleyball courts, pickleball courts, dance/yoga studio and several meeting rooms available for the community.

Creston, BC is in the heart of the Kootenays, minutes from the US border. Imagine your spare time exploring lakes, mountains, orchards, wildlife, abundant outdoor activities and vineyards.

Alison Jackes MSc. PT to our clinic!

Alison completed her Master of Physical Therapy with Distinction in 2022 from Queen Margaret University in Scotland.

Prior to pursuing Physical Therapy, Alison spent several years working with clients in not-for-profit organizations. These experiences developed her communication, problem-solving and client-centred approach to care. Working with clients in this way also highlighted the complexity of an illness or injury experience and the holistic impact it can have on individuals’ lives. This motivated Alison to pursue a career in Health Care.

In addition to being a former long-distance runner and outdoor sports athlete, Alison is a long term yoga practitioner and has recently completed her 200 hour teacher training. Alison aims at combining evidence-based practices with empathy and patience to ensure a comprehensive rehabilitation plan, tailored to clients’ individual needs.

Outside the clinic, Alison and her partner enjoy skiing, biking, hiking, climbing, camping and many other ways to explore the beauty of the Kootenays and the Creston Valley.

We are currently taking on new physiotherapy patients for Alison and Graham, so give our office a call to book!
