This yoga studio is located in beautiful Creston, British Columbia, providing yoga classes, massage and yoga therapy to the community in a warm, welcoming and professional environment. The Yoga Room teachers are grateful to serve the community of Creston with our variety of yoga offerings. We are dedicated to treating the individual and specialize in modifying poses to meet your unique needs. We offer yoga therapy and group yoga classes -
-with gentle stretches and stress reduction techniques
-in pain management
-that build strength and stamina
-with deep stretching and contemplation/philosophy
-variety of styles including therapeutic, chair yoga, restorative, beginners, slow flow, mixed pace, deep stretch

4:30 - 5:30pm followed by a Tea

● Join me in a nourishing mellow hatha practice with some restorative, guided savasana and meditation.

● followed by a post class tea party! (Refreshments and finger food)

● admission by donation

● donations will be towards the Den Society for the homeless, and to the Creston Valley Supportive Services Centre for women ( both local) - your choice.

There will be 4 classes for each type of yoga: Sizzling Somatics (Tues), Power Yoga Wednesday)and Gentle Pelvic(Thursday) .

We have a fellow yoga teacher, Lonnie Antal, in need of our help in treatment of her cancer via a Cancer Treatment centre in the States.

Barb is offering an opportunity of sharing community and assistance with a donation class to raise funds towards Lonnie's treatment. Thursday, Dec 19th, 0930 - 11 am.
