Following one's dream of helping others is my truest expression of my Reflection. I believe in the power of awareness and empowering others to find their awareness and brilliance. We all have an innate ability to find our courage, our steps and what the answers are. I am a Professional Counselor, Reiki II practitioner, Body Talk Foundations Technician and Theraputic Touch I practitioner. I provide a warm, gentle and inviting atmosphere where you can be yourself with no judgements and no games Together we can assess what's going on for you in your life and explore options, put plans into action and set realistic goals. Combining stillness with mindfulness and connecting to breath will teach us how to slow down and trust our inner voice.

Make YOURSELF a PRIORITY! 💫

That's right, you....a priority! We do this by taking care of ourselves. 🧘

Self-Care: The practice of taking an active role in protecting one's own well-being and happiness.

When do you take action in practicing self care? What would it look like or feel like?

I've realized from this last year, my self care is super important not only so I can do my job but so I can model this kind of behavior for my children. Once my tank is full, I can do what I do best at 100%. When my tank is empty and I'm borrowing I'm truly no good to anyone, including myself. What kind of person would I be to not take my own medicine or my own advice?

Energy sessions include Reiki and Bridge to Healing.
