I’m going to take a minute of your time to welcome myself back in business on this app 😂

I am returning to massaging, reiki and body talks in mid October with my original name Beautifully Balanced (Facebook is delaying my name change so on here it will still show up as Prairie Body Talker). If you’d like to schedule a session with me in any area I’d love to begin reigniting change and practicing for us both!

Price lists will be posted soon, along with other information. If you need any information in the meantime, just reach out 🙂

Hello December ✨

December is a big month for us here at home and so I am closing all available appointments for Body Talk and Reiki sessions until the New Year! Anyone who has an appointment booked already, have non fear! We will still be meeting for your session 😊

Remember this month to
- take some time for yourself
- only do those holiday traditions and gatherings if you feel safe and if it brings you joy
- don’t go into debt over gift giving and meal sharing
- homemade gifts and quality time make better gifts than a plane ticket or an Xbox

Remembering our ancestors today. The ones who crossed the ocean to Canada before a war. The ones who crossed back to fight and the ones who stayed. It was an unimaginable time but it is our duty to imagine, honour, listen and fall to our knees in gratitude and grief. Lest we ever forget.
