We are all on our own wellness journey.
There is no right or wrong way.
We are all at different phases in our lives and we’ve all been through a lot of s**t, whether it’s stress, anxiety, loss etc
I had a major loss at the end January and I decided it was time to really work on my own growth.
Fast forward 5 months, my anxiety and stress have never been better.
I use exercise, meditation, yoga, deep breathing and journaling.
I am currently on week three day 5 of fire and flow and honestly I haven’t felt this good in such a long time.
This program has made me be able to not only do the workout but also punch out a hour/4+ km walk.
My body may not be where I wish and want it to be but I have so much more love for my body than I ever had.
I have so much more confidence and appreciation for my mind, body and soul.
So much growth happens when you believe in yourself 🥰🥰💜💜
