Big congratulations to Coach Lauren and the Mount Mystics on winning the ACAA Championship 🏆

Lauren balances her role as a physiotherapist at ACCEL with coaching at The Mount — and her commitment to performance and teamwork shows in everything she does.

Our assistants said this is called a photo dump… and honestly, September went by so fast we couldn’t keep up on social media anyway. So here’s everything at once 🙌📸

We got our student trainer, triage and treatment programs up and running for the UKC Blue Devils and have been providing on-site coverage for all their games. ⛑️

We got our triage and on-site coverage programs up and running for MSVU Athletics & Recreation ⛑️

A number of us helped out the hfx_Mooseheads behind the scenes and Carter covered the home opener! Go Moose 🫎

We started our on-site partnership and performed concussion baseline/VALD performance testing for the soccer.nova.scotia high performance program. ⚽️

We resumed our partnerships with huntershockeyu18 and halifaxwolverines and performed baseline concussion testing. 🏒

We resumed our partnership with the harbourrageu15 and dartmouth_whalersu15major by providing on site coverage. 🏒

And finally we covered the 7 aside women’s soccer challenge cup! ⚽️

Did we mention we love sports? ❤️

Today is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation — a time to pause, reflect, and honour Survivors and the children who never made it home. Wearing orange reminds us that Every Child Matters.

Both our Halifax and Dartmouth clinics are open today, and we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect in their own way.

🚨 Clinic Closed for Natal Day 🚨

ACCEL Health and Sport Performance Centre will be closed Monday, August 5th for the Natal Day holiday so our team can enjoy the long weekend with family and friends. ☀️

We’ll be back in action on Tuesday, August 6th, ready to help you move, feel, and perform better.

Full circle moment 🏒➡️💪

Back in 2016-17, Ethan Lafond was a proud member of the “ACCEL Physio Hawks” U15 Major hockey team — a team we proudly sponsored. Today, he’s come full circle, completing one of his Dalhousie Physiotherapy student placements right here at our ACCEL Dartmouth clinic with Cassy.

From athlete to future physiotherapist, it’s been incredible to watch his journey. We know he’s going to be a fantastic addition to the health care field.

It was a bad day to be a Par 4! ⛳️😈

Lauren, Ashley, Amanda, and Cynthia represented ACCEL Health & Sport Performance Centre at the 2nd Annual Knotty Anchors Golf Tournament, supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Terry Fox Foundation.

Not only did they bring the energy and the laughs—they also brought home the Best Spirit Award! 🏆💃

Thanks to everyone who helped make the day a success. We’re proud to support such meaningful causes while having a blast out on the course! 💙⛳️
