Good morning 🌞 beautiful people! I had to share this for anyone with inflammation and issues with poor lymph drainage ! I started using a vibration plate a couple of months ago and loved the results! I recommended it to a few of my clients and they are seeing results. Yesterdays experience took the 🍰! A client who has been experiencing chronic swelling and pain in lower leg, ankle and foot has had fantastic results. After using it for 10 mins a day everyday the swelling and pain is gone. The key is using it everyday. She said "you should tell everybody about it" so I am! I personally have noticed puffiness and tension in my body decrease. I like to jump on it after work to loosen up! I am providing an example of what we purchased ( under $149) proof you don't have to spend $$$$$. Please note I don't sell these machines or profit in any way.
