Day 0..... how and why do I do this? A new plan is so daunting and building new habits is scary. I guess I will keep restarting until I find the one that sticks...…here we go. Day 1 starts tomorrow. Nothing to buy. Nothing to do but read through the first 2 weeks of this new program. I do like that it is split into 2 week bits. I often get overwhelmed and quit......all the things I tell people not to do.
Why? Two books. Bible. R3 phase 1, this is more of a booklet I suppose.
I have always loved health and wellness but struggled myself, maybe I don't want others to feel my pain? Well this is ME time...
Hey if you are struggling to, hope in here and lets see if we can motivate all of us to be our healthier selves. Sometimes self love is kindness and soft but can also be tough love. I AM TOUGH LOVING MYSELF now!!
