Instead of chasing JOY, why not look at the simple tasks we do & ask ourselves the question “Was it ENJOYABLE? Did I enjoy that job/chore? Do I enjoy the end product? How does it feel?
Voila! Yes there is so much more joy to uncover if we look for it in our daily lives.
