This month, we’re highlighting the women who help guide and strengthen our team. We sat down with Tammy Fry, our Senior Account Executive, to hear about her experience in leadership.
Q: Can you share a moment or experience in your career where support from other women made a meaningful impact to your success?
A: “I’ve been lucky to work with some incredible women who were always willing to share advice and encouragement. Seeing other women lead with confidence really helped me believe in myself and step into bigger opportunities.”
Q: What’s one piece of advice you would give to women who want to step into leadership roles?
A: “Don’t wait until you feel completely ready, just take the step. Growth comes from experience, and sometimes the best thing you can do is trust yourself and be willing to learn along the way.”
Q: In your experience, what strengths do women bring to leadership teams that help organizations grow?
A: “Women often bring strong communication, empathy, and collaboration to leadership. Those strengths help build strong teams, create supportive environments, and ultimately help organizations grow.”
