Say hello to one of our amazing Yoga instructors, Megan ()! 🌟🙌🏼

Megan began her yoga journey in 2008, quickly fell in love, and has been a practitioner ever since.

Megan's love for both fitness and yoga, and everything it brings to both the body and mind, led her to her first 200-hour Yoga & Fitness teacher training in 2019. Megan began sharing her passion with the community through teaching various styles of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Megan has also completed her Yin Yoga teacher training and is excited to share a slower side of the practice with the community.

Megan’s classes are a fun and exhilarating blend of yoga, strength, and conditioning, with the intention of tapping into the body's full potential, developing strength, and deepening the mind-body connection.

You can join Megan every week for the following class ⬇️

Mondays from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM for "Slow Flow" (in-studio and virtual)

Thursdays from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM for "Yin Yoga" (in-studio and virtual)

Enjoy unlimited classes with our Student Monthly Membership for $75.00 — perfect for staying grounded, moving your body, and finding balance throughout the school year.

Students aged 16 to 30 who are enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary school are eligible. A valid, non-expired student ID issued by your institution is required to register.

How to sign up 💛

Visit the studio and show your proof of enrolment (required annually). Once verified, you’re good to go!

Please note: this membership is a 12-month contract that auto-renews each month. Workshops and events are not included unless the event specifically states “included in your membership.”
