Enjoy unlimited classes with our Student Monthly Membership for $75.00 โ€” perfect for staying grounded, moving your body, and finding balance throughout the school year.

Students aged 16 to 30 who are enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary school are eligible. A valid, non-expired student ID issued by your institution is required to register.

Say hello to one of our incredible Yoga instructors, Patricia ()! ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผโœจ

For Patricia, yoga is a way of life and practicing yoga brings a joyful perspective into her daily life. With the belief that yoga has health benefits for everybody, Patricia encourages students to allow their breath to guide them through their practice while also encouraging them to challenge and explore their own inner strength.

While Patricia was attending the 200-hour yoga teacher training at Semperviva Yoga, she participated in her first Kundalini yoga class. It was at that first Kundalini yoga class that she felt an immediate, positive effect on her body, mind, and spirit, and she wanted to learn more. Patricia has her 200-hour accreditation and loves teaching at Open Space Yoga weekly while also hosting pop-up Kundalini Yoga classes for studio members.

You can join Patricia every week for the following class โฌ‡๏ธ

Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. for "Breathe, Balance & Flow" (in-studio and virtually)

Pop-up Kundalini Yoga Class on Saturday, November 8, 2025
