We Care Physical Therapy in Devon is looking for a front end receptionist who will greet our clients with a warm welcome!
This is a part time position (approx 20hrs) Monday to Friday, no weekends.

Responsibilities of the position include:

-Greeting patients & providing excellent customer service
-Phone, email, fax correspondence with patients, MVA adjusters and WCB
-Direct Billing Benefits on behalf of patients
-Invoicing and receiving payments
-Receivables
-Cleaning & Sanitizing the clinic
-End of Day closing
-Other tasks as needed by the therapist

Experience with Direct Billing, Quick Books, or in a medical setting is considered an asset, but not mandatory to apply. We will train the right candidate for this position!
