We’ll start with a beginner-friendly warm sculpt, flow into yoga, and then enjoy a delicious catered lunch together. After lunch, tap into your creative side as we make our own crystal healing bracelets 💎

From there, sink into deep relaxation with a soothing sound bowl meditation, followed by time down by the river for a sauna and optional cold plunge 🌿
