Made up a small batch of Body cleanse and Grounded herbal tea

Body Cleanse is the perfect gentle cleanse, and gives you a bit of energy (theres a bit of caffeine in yerba mate ~ paired with holy basil it cuts down on the jitters).

Grounded is a wonderful tea blend to help calm the monkey mind and get you back in your body.

Protection Spell Candle

Black candle
Black salt
Protection Oil
Rosemary
Rue
Angelica Root

Cleanse your candle and area, anoint the candle with oil and roll or sprinkle on the herbs. While doing this visualize your desired outcome. Sprinkle black salt around your candle and light the candle, allowing it to burn all the way through. Best performed on a Full Moon, but do what feels right to you.
