🫂This will be a guided group experience designed to heal individuals, explore and integrate the hidden or repressed parts of their psyche, including fears, shame, and anger.

🧘🏼‍♀️Through activities like guided mindfulness meditation, oracle cards, Yoga Nidra and discussions, this workshops aim to foster self-awareness, heal past wounds, and promote personal growth and authenticity. Embrace your shadow, without it you wouldn't exist.

Why did you call it 2Ravenz? This question gets asked a lot...Well.. The raven is a wise, all-knowing messenger and often a bird of prophecy, protector, and helper, it also symbolizes the unconscious or the unknowable. Ravens connect the material world with the world of spirits. The 2 represents huginn and muninn, Odin's ravens.
