This new moon lands in Aries season energy which emphasizes courage and initiation, identity shifts, independence and self-direction, breaking old cycles of hesitation.

A quiet reset inside a very bold, initiating energy.

This contrast is important- internally calm, but energetically forward moving.

Practice some mindfulness techniques with me

🍵1. Starting the day off with a Mindfulness Tea Ceremony. Fun! I love tea!

Mindfully brew a cup of tea. Pay attention to the process of boiling the water, selecting the tea leaves, and steeping them. Sit down and savor each sip, noticing the aroma, flavors, and warmth.
Engage your senses fully and embrace the moment of relaxation and nourishment. The goal is to create a ritual of presence and self-care, finding tranquility in the simple act of drinking tea.

❤️ 2. Do something kind

Think of three small acts of kindness that you can do for others today, and feel grateful for the ability to make a positive difference.. I wonder what you will think up?

🌬️3. Breathing techniques

Resonance breathing!
Inhale deeply for a count of 4. Then exhale for a count of 6. Find a breath ratio that feels harmonious to you! Do this for a couple minutes at least.

2Ravenz has been open for 8 years and counting, the vision began long before I brought it to life.
My journey started with a simple intention to help people. I am driven by a deep passion to support my clients not only physically, but energetically. So many people carry unseen weight through their daily lives, often pushing it aside, and I wanted to create a space where that could be acknowledged, released, and healed. More than 16 years later, that passion still guides everything I do.

As I grew, I began attending local markets, sharing my handmade products-natural bug sprays, energy clearing sprays, bath salts, body butters, and soaps. Each item was created with intention, care, and a desire to bring balance and wellness into everyday life.

Today, 2Ravenz is more than just a store. It's a space built on authenticity, connection, and trust.
We proudly support a handful of local makers-talented individuals who share their passion and creativity within our community.

My goal has always been to create an environment that feels welcoming, safe, and true. A place where you can be yourself. Where you can find everything you need for your spiritual and holistic journey.
