I am feeling inspired to provide more offerings. Having struggled to find a space that resonates with me, I am creating one in my home. I eagerly anticipate sharing and hosting regular sound baths and somatic movements sessions with you all.

8 min routine when having a panic attack.
This panic attack was induced my caffeine intake, dehydration and a break up.

This is obviously sped up version of the practice.

Happy Winter Solstice! Today I took a mindful moment to sit down, light a candle, collect the herbs I harvested from a garden and write out 13 uplifting intentions for the year.

This is a ritual to create space to connect with the darkness and align with what nourishes my heart in terms of offerings for spring, summer and fall.

🕯️A reminder to intentionally revisit what you would like to manifest. Three words to describe my intentions: spontaneous connections, aligned opportunities and ease within lifestyle.
