Cristina will guide somatic movement and sound, encouraging natural release, fluidity, and awareness through the body. Ariane will then offer meditation and intuitive touch, creating a grounded space for rest, integration, and clarity.

This is a soft yet powerful pause in your week. A chance to reset, reconnect, and leave feeling more rooted in yourself.
