🌸 Listening to the Body: Pain, Emotions & Healing 🌸

Today I spent the day with crampy, ovary-like pains—almost like period cramps. Funny thing is, I haven’t had a period since my uterus ablation last May (yay for no heavy bleeding 🙌), but my body reminded me that I’m still ovulating.

Curious about what my body might be trying to tell me, I looked up the emotional meaning of pain according to Louise Hay. And wow—it really resonated with what I’ve been feeling lately.

Hay suggests that cramping, ovarian or pelvic pain can be related to resistance, worry, or fear about life and changes. Our bodies often hold the tension we don’t consciously acknowledge.

For me, these past few days, I had been carrying frustration and tension around things I can’t control. And my body was showing me—through pain—that I needed to pause, acknowledge my feelings, and release them.

✨ A gentle reminder: Our bodies communicate with us constantly. Pain isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, energetic, and spiritual. Listening to it can help us understand ourselves more deeply, release old patterns, and step into more ease.

💖 Today, I’m letting myself breathe, feel, and release—trusting that even without a period, my body is still a wise, amazing teacher.
