We currently operate a team-based care model in Dieppe, NB where nurses and administrators work at the top of their scope, workflows are streamlined in advance, and physicians focus exclusively on patient care.
These services are provided to our rostered patients and covered by Medicare.
At this time, our public practice has reached full capacity. Our team of three providers currently delivers care to a roster of approximately 15,000 patients.
Increasing access to primary care requires immediate solutions that complement the public health system while respecting its core values of equity and universality.

Nous pratiquons actuellement la médecine familiale selon un modèle de soins en équipe à Dieppe, N.-B., où les infirmières et le personnel administratif exercent pleinement dans leur champ de pratique, où les processus sont optimisés, et où les médecins se consacrent exclusivement aux soins directes aux patients. Ces services sont offerts à nos patients inscrits et sont couverts par l’Assurance-maladie.
Actuellement, notre pratique publique a atteint sa capacité maximale. Notre équipe de trois fournisseurs de soins assure actuellement le suivi d’environ 15 000 patients inscrits.

Lorsque les soins sont dispensés de façon efficace, les ressources publiques peuvent être concentrées sur les patients présentant les besoins les plus complexes et urgents.
Les services de santé privés, lorsqu’ils sont intégrés de manière réfléchie, peuvent jouer un rôle complémentaire au sein d’une communauté en réduisant les délais d’attente, en augmentant la capacité et en améliorant l’accès à des services non urgents ou spécialisés.
