We all come with layers , from either lifestyle cycles we get into or from traumatic moments/ relationships , or generational hand me downs , throughout our lives! Over time our true selves get masked by moments in time adding layers over layers each time ! We mask it and sometimes try something different still being effected by past events! Over time the buildup can be overwhelming to the point that we feel stuck ! We can scrape layers off but deep down below the surface, those triggers still exist and at any time can affect us!

It’s not until we dig deep and face the layers and trauma head on , that’s when the true healing starts , it will be uncomfortable, emotional, draining ,and then liberating, the more that’s shed the lighter you will feel , over time shedding those layers is when your true light will shine ! Then growth will finally begin !
