My reset day is usually Sunday.
And this past Sunday, I went in.
Deep cleaned my bedroom—drawers, closet, fresh sheets, swept, dusted, scrubbed. (Using all my non toxic, non hormone interrupting green home cleaners and detergents, might I add 😉) Reorganized and redressed my altar.
The shift was immediate.
The energy felt clear. Light. Fresh.
Like my space was finally reflecting where I want to be mentally and emotionally.
But here’s the thing: not everyone’s reset happens on a Sunday. Maybe you work nights, shift work, or your days off fall mid-week. Doesn’t matter WHEN you reset—what matters is that you DO.
Because the more intentional you are with your energy, the more powerful your week becomes.

🔥 1. Disconnect to Reconnect
Step away from the noise. That endless scroll isn’t helping your nervous system or your focus. Give your brain the bandwidth it needs to breathe.

No sugarcoating. What worked last week? What didn’t? What drained you? What lit you up? Your week will match the energy you bring to it—so get clear on what needs to shift.

This isn’t surface-level “treat yourself” energy. This is “what do I need to feel grounded in my body again?” Find the rituals that make you feel whole—then actually do them.
🚫 4. Lock In Your Boundaries
Decide what gets your attention this week and what doesn’t. Your peace is not up for debate. If it doesn’t align, it doesn’t get access.
🔁 5. Own Your Reset
This isn’t prepping for the grind—it’s taking charge of how you show up. You’re not drifting through the week. You’re leading it. On purpose.
Your reset doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. It just has to be yours.
