Goodmorning!
❗️I want to address a concern regarding our email reminders.
I understand they are convenient and strongly relied on, however clients are responsible for managing their appointments in their personal schedules/calenders.

Unfortunately technology has its glitches and sometimes emails end up in spam, junk or somewhere in between.

❗️Missing appointments due to not receiving an email reminder IS subject to the $50 missed appointment fee.

🗓Please please please add your appointments to your own personal calenders and DO NOT solely rely on our email reminders. Technology on our phones allows for us to setup our own personalized reminders in our calender which I personally find very effective!

💬If you are ever unsure of your upcoming appointment date/time please contact us and we would be happy to confirm it for you!

I hope everyone had a wonderful summer and is adjusting well to the back to school season!

Two gentle reminders for all clients:

We are entering the busiest time of the year for RMTs which means we are booking up quickly! If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment please reach out as soon as possible. This can be done via phone, email or through the cancelation link in your booking confirmation email. We do require 24h notice in order to allow enough time to fill your appointment.

Secondly, cold and flu season is slowly approaching! We kindly ask that you please reschedule your appointment if you are sick! (Masks are not an exception for coming to appointments with a cold/flu).

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Happy Monday!
I just wanted to remind everyone to PLEASE stay home if you are sick! I am more than happy to reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell (even if it's not specifically COVID, we don't want your cold, sinus infection, etc either😉).

We do our best to clean our rooms between treatments, however we encourage our clients to do their part aswell and stay home if they're sick!

📢Booking ahead for 2025!

Hi everyone,
I've had a handful of clients eagerly booking far in advance this year! While this is a great way to claim your desired time slots before they fill up, I want to remind everyone that bookings (approximately) 3-4 months in advance are NOT yet guaranteed.

I do my best to pre book time off for holidays/vacation etc. however I am not 100% sure what my summer holidays look like just yet😉 I will always reach out ASAP if any appointments booked months ahead need to be rescheduled!
