Hello! My name is Lara Martens, and I am an RMT. I am a health care practitioner who is passionate about all aspects of health. Exercise, Nutrition, and Prevention Care like Massage Therapy. I love working with clients who take their health seriously, and want to prevent injury. Putting yourself first is incredibly important in all aspects of your life, and getting regular massages to stay in touch with your body is just one of many ways you can stay tuned in. I love to do all types of massage, deep tissue, relaxation, sports, injury related, but my favorite to do is Pre-Natal and Post-Natal massage. I am VERY baby friendly, and welcome your baby into the room. I can also do in home massages for women who are up to 6 weeks post partum and having a hard time getting out of the house. Anyone else having a hard time knowing it’s AUGUST! I’m already in Sept prep mode and the massage schedule is looking BUSY. Don’t forget if you’d Iike to secure the spots you want I highly suggest booking a few appointments at a time. My schedule is open for booking into December.

Just a heads up I will be away November 1-21, as well as Dec 1-6.
Booking your appointments early is SO important. I only work one evening a week, and no weekends, daytime availability is easier to come by.

September is coming and it's time to get into the habit of your regular massages again! I'll be away for 3 weeks in November, and the first week of December, so book early to avoid disappointment!

My prices are going up in Sept, and I'll honour the old price for any appointments booked before Sept 1!

Also just a reminder:

Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled within 36 hours of appointment start time will be billed 50% of the appointment fee unless there is a waitlist and the spot can be filled.

No show policy: If you do not show up to your appointment, the full fee is due prior to booking your next appointment.

Raising prices: I will be raising my prices as of Sept 2024.

They will be as follows:

30 minutes: $75

45 minutes: $95

60 minutes $117

90 minutes $170

I have never even LOOKED at my google before for my RMT page and YIKES... I need ya'll's help.

I love working with clients who take their health seriously, and want to prevent injury, maintain or increase their range of motion, and expect a level of awesomeness from their life.

Putting yourself first is incredibly important in all aspects of your life, and getting regular massages to stay in touch with your body is just one of many ways you can stay tuned in. I love to do all types of massage, deep tissue, relaxation, sports, injury related, but my favorite to do is Pre-Natal and Post-Natal massage. I am VERY baby friendly, and welcome your baby into the room. I can also do in home massages for women who are up to 6 weeks post partum and having a hard time getting out of the house. I also offer Doula services such as; labour support, breastfeeding, and post partum support. As an RMT doula I can also provide receipts for RMT labour support and you may be able to receive insurance reimbursement.
