👀 Possibly…the best granola bar you’ll ever make. Bonus: no baking needed! Packed with fibre and protein, these bars are the perfect way to get healthy snack habits going again!

🌟Tip: A scoop of high fibre gut superfoods+ adds fermented, rainbow inspired organic fruits and vegetables for a gut-friendly boost.

Recipe:
- 1 ¾ cups quick oats or rolled oats (slightly blended)
- 1 scoop high fibre gut superfoods+ (summer berry pomegranate or unflavoured unsweetened)
- 1 scoop fermented organic vegan proteins+ vanilla
- ½ cup chopped almonds
- ⅔ cup chopped dried cranberries
- ⅔ cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1 heaping tbsp h**p seeds
- 1 heaping tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup honey
- 1 cup nut butter of choice (or coconut oil if nut-free)

Instructions:
1. Mix dry ingredients first.
2. Warm honey and nut butter (or coconut oil) in the microwave until runny, then stir into dry mix.
3. Press firmly into a parchment-lined tray.
4. Refrigerate 1–2 hours, slice, and enjoy in lunch bags or as an on-the-go snack.

Meet Lauren, RN, Holistic Nutrition student and Healthtree partner ! 🌳

As a registered nurse and student nutritionist, I try my best live a healthy, balanced lifestyle! For me, wellness looks like:
- eating whole foods (high protein, high fibre)
- using targeted supplementation (specific for my health)
- choosing low toxic skincare products ➡️avoiding endocrine disruptors
- getting 7-9 hours of quality sleep
- move my body ➡️ a mix between weight lifting, yoga running, and pilates
- spending time outdoors to ground and connect with the earth
- prioritizing travel ➡️ to learn more about myself, about others and their cultures
