I am a vendor at the Spring Market at Folmer's Landscaping
June 3, 10-4. I am excited to be back in Bruce County and to hopefully see some of you again in person after what feels like forever!
I am thinking about what I should bring, and need some feedback. I was thinking about my Eat Well Market days when I used to make dukkah and sell Rallis oil, a beautiful Greek olive oil that is raw. It is the nicest olive oil I have ever had. Never to be used heated, it is wonderful to finish dishes and to use with bread dipping. Like everything, the price has gone up since I last sold it and a 375 ml bottle is now $25. Would that interest any of you? I would like to get an idea of how many would want to buy a bottle before I commit to a case. So let me know here.
I would also love feedback on any Alimentary food you would like me to make and bring. I will be mainly selling food to take home not a meal, as The Optimists are doing a lunch booth.
Let me know your thoughts on Rallis oil and anything else you might like to purchase that day.
