It’s your last chance to register!

My popular fertility workshop is running tonight so get your spot now. It’s a chill info-packed session so get comfy (I like my pjs 😉), make some tea, and grab a notebook and pen.

What you’re going to learn in this live workshop are parts of the protocols that I use everyday to support my clients and help them make babies.

Here’s a peek:

🔆 Why what you’ve been doing just isn’t working

🔆 Key strategies my clients use to get their bodies ready for pregnancy

🔆 Proven methods to properly track your cycle (and it’s not with your app!)

🔆 Common fertility myths debunked

🔆 A big part of fertility protocols that’s almost always overlooked (clue: we’ve been laser-focused on only a tiny sliver of the pie for so long)

In this workshop I’ll be giving you actionable steps that you can take right away to get you feeling like you’re finally moving in the right direction with your fertility.

And because I’m so grateful for you showing up, I’m giving you an awesome instant download for free! ⚡️

I want to tell you about a patient of mine, S. I met S because she attended my Simple Strategies to Improving Fertility workshop. She was all in and wanted to start working with me right away because she desperately wanted to have a baby.

Her and her husband had been trying for 5 months to have kids before seeing me. She had also been to a fertility clinic in the past without any help.

After a bunch of investigating we found out she was suffering from undiagnosed thyroid autoimmune disease, something her doctor did not want to test for. We focused on getting her nutrition and exercise on track, reduced her toxin burden, added some strategic supplements, and advocated for her health to her health team.

After 5 months, her thyroid was stable and she was pregnant with her first baby.

These success stories keep me doing what I do.
You don’t have to keep struggling and feeling like you’re a) doing this all on your own, b) going around in circles, c) taking one step forward and three steps back or d) feeling like you’ve tried everything and nothing works for you.

Because you need someone on your team giving you all the options, providing you with evidence-based info, being your cheerleader and accountability buddy, and busting their hump to help you reach your goals.

The Simple Strategies for Improving Fertility workshop is a way for you to know where you can get started.

I’ll talk about the protocols I use everyday with my patients and show you how you can start implementing them right away.

You don’t want to miss out on this jam-packed session so join me on Monday, Apr 17th at 7pm EST.

It's meals like this👇 that changed my health forever. Why? Well first, let me go back a few years.

When I was going through all my health issues in my 20's and 30's, I started hearing a lot about the "microbiome". It sounded like it could help me so I started learning.

Btw I'm sure when you see a Naturopath they almost 100% tell you to go on a probiotic. I know, because that's all I heard from my peers and the profs in school, and I now hear it all the time from my colleagues. And I was prescribed them many times 🥱

Personally, I don't see the benefits of taking a capsule with a rinky d**k amount of probiotics in it, once or twice per day...

They never did anything for me and I tried MANY different ones. They're expensive. The research is meh. And they're made to be this 'magic pill' in my industry.

I started to see major changes to my hormones when I started eating foods that had tons of antioxidants, polyphenols and prebiotics like fruits and vegetables. These are the things that can make dramatic changes to your gut microbiome.

Why? Bad bacteria can cause inflammation. Inflammation is bad for your hormones and fertility. Inflammation gets worse when you eat j***y food. Inflammation gets better when you eat colourful fruits and veggies. Easy peasy!

You can hear more on inflammation and how it affects fertility in my free workshop on Monday, Apr 17 at 7pm EST. DM for the link to register.

You know it, my perfectionists… It’s my constant mantra now as a recovering perfectionist.

And who needs perfection anyways.

What I want is progress, or imperfect action. And let it be messy, uncomfortable, or not so pretty.

I know it can feel really hard to implement changes to your health especially because we’re so over-scheduled and overwhelmed.

The point is that you’re moving forward in your journey as best as you can AND because you keep moving forward, you’re making progress, whatever that looks like 💕

Did you take your supplements 5 days this week instead of 3 ✅

Did you wake up 10 mins earlier to make yourself a smoothie✅

Did you do some deep breathing in the car when you felt stressed✅

Did you lace up your sneakers and go for a 15 min walk✅

Did you put the bag of chips down to some fruit instead✅

Remember we don’t care about perfection, perfection doesn’t exist, it’s an illusion meant to keep you stuck and procrastinating and in a self-defeating cycle.

And perfection is boring anyways.

Keep going! You’re doing amazing!

Sooooo, is it, like, Day 14… right???… Not exactly.

It might seem really confusing at first but once you understand the signs to look for with your own body, it becomes second-nature.

But first, what are some signs you’re not ovulating though?

❗️Irregular periods
❗️Heavy or really light periods
❗️No periods
❗️No cervical fluid
❗️Irregular body temperature

If you’re dealing with any of these period issues and you want to get pregnant, talk to your doctor or healthcare practitioner to find out what’s going on.
Be sure to join me for my masterclass on April 17th because I’ll go through the most common and easiest things to look for each month to know when you’re ovulating.

It’s true. You need an egg and you need s***m to make a baby. If you’re not ovulating each month, you’re not releasing that precious egg to be fertilized.

So how do you know if you’re ovulating? There are a few ways to find out:

✳️ Getting your blood work done (accurate but not convenient)
✳️ Getting an ultrasound (accurate but not convenient)
✳️ Tracking your BBT everyday with a BBT thermometer (cheapest and easiest)
✳️ Tracking your BBT with TempDrop (more expensive than above but more accurate)
✳️ Using a product like Proov strips (can get expensive but measures your progesterone at home instead of a lab)
✳️ Using a tech gadget like Mira or OvuCore (expensive but more accurate)
✳️ LH strips and cervical fluid monitoring can give you clues into your ovulation but they won’t tell you for sure

And if you’re naturally getting your period regularly each month (and it’s not a withdrawal bleed from the Pill or an anovulatory bleed) then it’s a sign you’ve ovulated

FYI - it’s not an actual period, even though you’re bleeding. It can happen when you don’t ovulate that month and the bleed can start earlier or later than your average cycle length.

I’m running my free fertility masterclass again on April 17th at 7pm EST so if you want to learn more about easy methods to track your ovulation at home then be sure to sign up now 🙋‍♀️
