Heather has been a Reflexologist, Energy Worker, and Spiritual Healer for over 20 years. Her passion for Cranio Sacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation began when one of her children faced a serious illness. Witnessing her daughter’s remarkable recovery inspired Heather to study these modalities herself—and the rest is history. Committed to lifelong learning, she continually upgrades her skills to keep her knowledge fresh and current. Most recently, she earned her Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation.

I LOVE cranio Sacral therapy(CST)! it is a body led, gentle, light touch therapy that can help ease fascial restrictions and so much more. Why are fascial restrictions important? Welp, have you ever gotten your long jons on twisted? It feels weird and it makes you walk with a hitch in your giddy-up while shaking one leg. Fascia can do the same due to injury, it is an intelligent structure that covers every teeny tiny tissue in your body and it also holds upset without bias. CST helps ease the nervous system, and defers to the innate wisdom of the body. Everything I do in our session has come from asking your body "how can I best help?" What's really cool is that it tells me!
