Integrative health care is rooted in the concept of collaboration & inclusion. Integrative health care simply means utilizing all aspects of health care (both Eastern & Western) to improve patient outcomes & overall well-being. The integrated approach in our clinic is rooted from the ancient practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It focuses on the patient's body as a whole both physically, emotionally and spiritually. It encompasses a comprehensive approach to each person individually. Each patient will have a customized treatment plan developed that is used as an integral tool to assess the patients progression and growth. Traditional Chinese Medicine can be used for many conditions and reasons.

Heather is a pivotal part of our Integrative Health team here at SRW.
We are so grateful to have her apart of our family here.

Heather is a very highly skilled Registered Psychologist with many years of experience helping people of all walks of life.

Heather has this warm, welcoming + just real way about her, that her patients absolutely adore.

She creates a safe space for her patients to feel seen + heard + carries the skillset to fully dive in to whatever you may be navigating through in life. Whether, it’s big life transitions, grieving the loss of a loved one, suffering from depression or anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges (to name a few), Heather is a rich source of wisdom + expert in her field.
