You have been strong for so long. But who's holding space for you?

If grief has been sitting quietly in your chest, tightening in your throat, or hiding between the lines of your calendar… and you're still showing up, still "functioning," still being the one everyone leans on.

This is for you.

You do not need another person telling you to "stay positive" or "give it time."

You need practical tools that actually work when grief hits hard.
You need permission to not be okay in a space that won't rush you.
You need to stop carrying what was never yours to begin with.

Transforming Grief into Growth
A 2-Day Online Workshop

February 6–7 | 10:00am–4:00pm MST | $197

This workshop is designed for the emotionally exhausted, the quietly grieving, and the strong ones who are tired of doing this alone.

Here is what we will do together:
✨ Stabilize your nervous system when grief floods in so you are not white-knuckling your way through hard moments

✨ Name what you are carrying without drowning in it because awareness is the first step to relief

✨ Let go of what is not yours to keep, the guilt, the pressure, the roles that no longer fit

✨ Choose what you want to carry forward with intention, meaning, and strength

What is included:
✅ Practical notes and PDF resources so you can revisit the tools anytime
✅ Access to our newly developed Grief Guide App, a supportive tool and guided practices right in your pocket
✅ A supportive community of people who understand what it is like to grieve while still showing up for life

You do not have to have it all figured out.
You just have to take one gentle step forward.

And if you are ready for that step, we are here to walk it with you.
