👉 Depression doesn’t always look like sadness.
It can look like:
• Ignoring texts
• Letting laundry pile up
• Losing interest in things you used to love
• Struggling to get out of bed

👉 Teens don’t need you to have all the answers.
They need to feel heard — without judgment.
✨ Try this:
Instead of asking, “How was your day?”
Ask: “What was the best or weirdest part of your day?”
And then… listen. Without fixing. Without lecturing.

5 Self-Care Tips for Burnout:
1️⃣ Pause without guilt — Rest is productive.
2️⃣ Simplify your to-do list — Cut it in half, then cut it again.
3️⃣ Nourish your body — Hydration, whole foods, and regular meals matter.

“You are not your thoughts. You are the awareness noticing them.”
Anxiety often shows up as a fast-moving train of worst-case scenarios. But just because your mind says something might happen doesn’t make it true.
After a decade in this work, I’ve learned that naming the anxious voice and separating from it — even just a little — creates space to breathe.
✨ Try this:
Instead of saying “I’m anxious,” say:
👉 “Anxiety is here right now.”
It’s a subtle shift, but it helps you take your power back.
