OUR FIRST OFFERING OF THE WINTER SEASON! Deborah, Shelby & Susan host this evening of mantra & guided meditation concluding with a crystal bowl sound healing.

Settle into stillness and allow this sacred space to become a sanctuary for rest and renewal.

We begin with mantra — the vibration of sound woven with intention. Through gentle repetition, the mantra becomes a bridge between mind and heart, helping to quiet the inner noise and open a field of calm awareness.

From here, we move into meditation, inviting the breath to slow and the body to soften. This is a journey inward — a chance to witness, to listen, and to reconnect with the quiet wisdom within.
As the practice deepens, you are bathed in the ethereal sound of crystal singing bowls. Their pure, resonant frequencies ripple through the body, harmonizing the nervous system and balancing subtle energy centers.

Together, mantra, meditation, and sound create a tapestry of vibration and stillness — a return to harmony, to presence, to peace.
