What am I providing!

*Massage- a type of Chinese massage called Tui Na and its uses parallel deep tissue, joint manipulation and trigger point release

*Cupping- I use a few types of cupping techniques

*Acupressure- used to specifically effect the internal/external body and release pressure/pain.

*Gua sha- a scraping technique used to release internal heat that is latent in the body. Great for some acute injuries and congestion.

*PNF stretching- Increases mobility and strength

Inflation has hit all of us. As of February my rates will be going up 5% to help with these unprecedented times.
