Let’s talk about shipping for a minute.

Shipping in Canada is expensive — there’s no way around that.

My website uses calculated carrier rates. Most of the time they’re accurate. Occasionally, they overestimate.

𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙢𝙚.

If the shipping looks higher than it should be, 𝑰 𝒓𝙚𝒇𝙪𝒏𝙙 𝙩𝒉𝙚 𝙙𝒊𝙛𝒇𝙚𝒓𝙚𝒏𝙘𝒆. I’m always on your side when it comes to costs, and I work hard to keep things fair.

In fact, more often than not, I end up undercharging for shipping and simply absorb the difference. That’s part of doing business with integrity.

If you ever place an order and feel the shipping looks excessive, please email me directly. I’m happy to double-check it. If I’ve missed something, I’ll correct it.

✨What a great weekend!✨

My “Offloading Essentials for Nurses” hands-on workshop was full of learning, laughter, and some amazing dedicated nurses. Teaching in person always reminds me how powerful and practical, hands on education is.

This group gave me the feedback and encouragement I needed to push through the final stages of my upcoming online course, Offloading Essentials: Clinical Foundations for Nurses. 🙌🏻 A comprehensive reference of materials and applications for foot care nurses.

I’m more motivated than ever to get it across the finish line!

𝓜𝓎 ℒ𝓸𝓋𝓮 𝓯ℴ𝓻 𝓔𝒹𝓾𝒸𝓪𝓉𝓲𝓃𝓰 𝓔𝓍𝓹𝓁𝓪𝒾𝓷ℯ𝓭

Yesterday I had the pleasure of running a workshop for 8 intelligent and experienced nurses. 🙌🏻

To my delight, nurse Judy attended my workshop all the way from Northern BC, and graciously left me a positive review. 😌

The picture of me is something to be desired. Awkward pictures of me are NOT RARE, a testiment to my shy streak.

In fact, for weeks prior to speaking engagements- including small sized workshops- I get antsy pantsy. I want everything to be perfect. I want to maximize learning. I am nervous about messing up! What if they all know more than me?!?! 😂

Truth of the matter is, that I have a passion for my practice. I want to be the best foot care nurse possible, and I 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒔 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒐𝒕 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒎𝒆 𝒂𝒔 𝑰 𝒄𝒂𝒏.

I am borderline o𝐛s𝐞s𝐬e𝐝 with learning the ins and outs of every aspect of our art- to the point where I can then Share that knowledge in layman’s terms. The idea is that the nurses will not be overwhelmed, and will take something away that will be a brick in their foundational knowledge. 🙏✨

A girl can dream. 🤓

If nothing else, all this research and course building, teaching and collaborating with mentors and student’s alike, results in growing my own knowledge, skills, and competence. A benefit that is priceless. 😊

Happy New Year to my dear Customers and Friends 💗🦶

As we step into 2026, I just want to take a moment to say 𝐓H𝐀N𝐊 𝐘O𝐔. Thank you for your continued support, patience and kindness. Its been almost 10 years of business for Longevity Foot Care- and the 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 way this happens is with 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭. 😌

The girls — Dr. Cleo (Olivia, the serious scientist) and Dr. Einstein (Naomi, the chaos gremlin 🤣) — just filmed their very first YouTube episode, and they NAILED it. 👏✨

We ran a full-on lab experiment to test PodoExpert and show what actually happens when it comes into contact with the atmosphere. Spoiler: it EXPANDS… and honestly, it’s so satisfying to watch. 👀🔥

BetterFeet has officially announced a price increase effective January 1st, 2026. This affects the entire professional line, including PodoExpert, Onyfix, Silicone systems, and MedFlex.
The last increase was back in August 2024, so this is the first adjustment in quite some time.

According to BetterFeet, the change is due to rising manufacturing costs, global inflation, and new import tariffs. They’ve kept the increase as minimal as possible, but it will impact most products.

🛑 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞:
PodoExpert Dry-to-Cracked Skin Scented is being discontinued, so if you use it regularly in your practice, now is the time to stock up before it’s gone.
