Keeping feet and toes clean and dry and changing shoes and socks regularly, help to prevent infection. This can be difficult for those that are unhoused. To support those in need, Warmland House Shelter offers a free monthly Footcare Clinic. Our next clinic is Thursday, November 20.
Good foot care is crucial for overall health, mobility, and quality of life, as healthy feet support balance, reduce pain and injury risk, and allow for activity and independence.
