Wim Hof was the guy that started this sauna journey for me. I thought he was crazy, but something about his positive spirit and passion drew me in. I wanted to try this breathe work and cold plunges but didn't want to do it without a sauna nearby. And so, here we are... Sunday sessions on the Cowichan River in the middle of winter. It really is the best part of my week and I'm happy I get to share it with others!
