We’re so excited to welcome Jenn for a special workshop at Dundas Yoga & Fitness!

This session is FREE for all 30-Day Challengers and $25 for everyone else.

Jenn is a Recreation Therapist with five years of experience in the mental health field, a certified yoga teacher since 2020, and currently a grad student in Health, Leisure, and Well-Being. When she’s not in the studio, deep in research, or supporting clients, you’ll likely catch her exploring nature with her pup, picking up a local coffee, or spending time with loved ones.
She brings compassion, curiosity, and a grounded sense of joy into everything she does — and you’ll feel that energy in her workshop. 💛

🌙 Sound Bath: Deep Rest & Reset with Barb Sotos
🗓 Friday, December 6th | 4–5pm

Take a much-needed pause from the holiday rush and let your whole system exhale.

This 60-minute sound bath workshop will guide you into deep relaxation through the pure, restorative tones of crystal singing bowls and gentle breath awareness.

As you lie back and receive the frequencies, your nervous system will naturally begin to unwind — melting away stress, releasing emotional tension, and restoring inner harmony.

No experience is necessary. Please bring your yoga mat, a cozy blanket, and an open heart. 💗

Facilitator Bio — Barb Sotos

Barb Sotos is a Nervous System Regulation Educator and a long-time yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience in body movement, breathwork, and energy healing. Her work is a blend of science and soul, weaving together breath, sound, and somatic practices to help individuals shift from overwhelm into calm clarity.

Through her proprietary R.E.S.E.T. Method™, Barb guides women to feel grounded, balanced, and truly at home in their bodies again.
