Yoga!!!

Details are as follows:

New year, new space!!

1. Yoga classes will be taught at the Town office in Dundurn.
2. Lisa will be teaching 6-7 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
3. I will be once again teaching 2 sessions.
✨️ Tuesday Jan 7th - Feb 11 from 7:15- 8:15
✨️ Thursday Jan 9th - Feb 13 from 7:15- 8:15

Cost will be 70 per session; but if you are a returning participant- you pay 60. 💜

Option to register for both classes for ✨️✨️100.00✨️✨️

Etransfers for my classes only can be sent to

Took time to get to this place, it was a journey, somedays a battle. But I found my connection to source and life. And to find joy in the broken fragments. To piece them back together like a kaleidoscope. Allowing the light and colors to cascade over me. I chose me!💜
