Today at 2pm in Nova Scotia, many of us will go online to say farewell to a good friend, Andrew Taylor, a pillar among Jazz Festival volunteers, coordinating our accessibility crew.
He was my go to guy to do guy stuff.

Andrew Taylor I'll remember you whenever I barbecue, smoke fish, or shop at Princess Auto.

I just got a great testimonial from a client today. These words motivate me to help more people:

harmonize, which provided a wonderful feeling of being at peace like I haven’t felt in a long while. I felt

I just spent the weekend away on a spiritual retreat and volunteering at a delightful Folk Music Festival out of town.
I had a few conversations with many great people. Some of them are hurting from severe past hurts of different kinds.
I offered my services and had a very positive response.
I could confidently share that I have been trained to use an effective set of tools to relieve PTSD.
I potentially have 5 new clients who will try IBRT for help now that they have exhausted all else.
